The Coho Grille
The first Coho Grille opened at south street seaport, NYC at the invitation of the Rouse company. The Coho was the premier restaurant located on the top floor of the market building overlooking the seaports historic ships, the Fulton Fish Market and cobblestone streets. The Coho grille occupied 13,660 square feet and accommodated 600 guests. Annual volume 7 Million.
The second Coho Grille was located in Boca Pointe, florida in the village point shoppes. The Coho Grille occupied 6400 square feet with an exposed kitchen and bakery and a huge u-shaped bar that served tapas. The Coho Grille became known as a 5 star dining venue with a vibrant bar scene. A trompe l’oeil mural depicting the movers and shakers of Boca Raton was painted in the Main dining room. A Rotisol rotisserie roasted the coho salmon, whole chickens and a roast of the day. Bread and pasta were made in the exposed bakery and guests were encouraged to taste the crispy salmon skins as they passed the kitchen counter. Annual volume 4.5 Million
