Osteria Salina

Authentic Sicilian fine dining concept that initially opened its first location on a side street in the center of historic Bridgehampton, New York.

This 90 seat restaurant with a huge u shaped bar became a well established 5 star Sicilian Osteria within the Hampton community.

After three successful years,

IHG decided to move the concept into a larger location, in order to accommodate more guests based on the popularity of our brand. That location ended up being 108 Wainscott Stone Road, a local legendary spot that housed several fine dining establishments over its structural history.

After six years in The Hamptons,

IHG embraced an opportunity to open the Osteria Salina brand on Atlantic Ave in Delray Beach, Florida.

With a decent percentage of its Hampton’s clientele living in South Florida, it was an easy decision to make another historic landmark into this popular Hamptons eatery.

Located directly in between Palm Beach & Boca Raton, it didn’t take long before this location became a multi county favorite.
